Why did I get banned?

Hello, it's me, KuchikiRukia. I apparently got banned for "hacking", when i wasn't. I was killing Anego's in the FM like I usually do, then a noticed popped up and said I was hacking. Then, I got banned. I think this is a misunderstanding. If you can do anything, please help me. Thank you.

If ur doing the 1bil dmg thingy then yes you will be banned cause then that means u have fully msi and nx msi

When I try to logg on, it says that I am still banned.

I gotta tell Sunny to do it from the msql

Thanks for the unbann. But, I have having trouble logging into the game. Other people can logg in just fine.
When I click my character, it brings me back to the desktop. I tried the unstuck thing on the website, but it doesn't seem to work. When I get disconnected from the game, it will say "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again." If you can help, that'll be great. =)
